Let op: deze functie is mogelijk niet beschikbaar in uw portaal.
Facturen die via het portaal worden ingediend, zijn beschikbaar onder Mijn Facturen. Facturen die niet via het portaal worden ingediend, kunnen toch beschikbaar zijn, afhankelijk van de instellingen van uw klant. Als u een factuur buiten het portaal om heeft ingediend en die daar niet kunt vinden, contacteer dan het AP-team van uw klant.
Om een factuur te zoeken in het leveranciersportaal, voer dan onderstaande stappen uit:
1 - Log in op de Start pagina van het portaal
2 - Klik op Mijn Facturen vanuit de Snelle Toeganglinks
3 - Voer het Factuurnummer in in het veld voor de zoekopdracht van de factuur en klik op Zoeken. U kunt ook facturen zoeken op Inkooporder of Factuurstatus.
WILLEKEURIGE ZOEKOPDRACHTEN
Als een groep facturen hetzelfde voorvoegsel bevat, voeg dan een (*) toe na het laatste leesteken. Dit zal de lijst met facturen met hetzelfde voorvoegsel ophalen. Als het factuurnummer bijvoorbeeld 123456 is, voer dan 123* in in het veld factuurnummer en klik op Zoeken.
Alle facturen die met 123 beginnen zullen dan worden weergegeven in het resultaat. Deze functie geldt ook voor zoekopdrachten naar inkooporders en betalingen.
