Q. Why am I getting an error about freight charges?: 000003326

Article Number: 000003326

If you get a freight amount error in the Taulia Supplier Portal that the amount you entered exceeds the freight percentage, you will need to:

  • Contact your buyer for further assistance.
  • If enabled, use the Send Message feature to contact your customer about freight.


This occurs due to a preset limit set in your customer's system for freight charges and can only be updated internally by your buyer/liaison, or your customer's AP team.
