Q. What is eFile?: 000003379

Article Number: 000003379

eFile allows you to submit invoices to your customer through EDI, CSV or XML formats. This is generally for suppliers submit over 1,000 invoices per year.

  • This program require proper setup/implementation. To enroll using these services, please contact your customer.


The following requirements apply to all suppliers wishing to use the eFile program:

1 - You must use one of the following file types to send your invoices:

  • EDI 
  • EDIFACT 
  • XML
  • CXML
  • UBL 
  • CSV

2 - You must have the ability to send your invoices using one of the following methods:

  • FTP
  • sFTP
  • AS2
  • Email 

3 - Your invoice must be mapped by Taulia.

4 - The email address to receive the invoice submission reports must be a registered Taulia user.

There are no specific enrollment or configuration procedures that must be completed to participate in eFile. If eFile has been enabled by your customer, you can elect to send your invoices using the program. For any other questions regarding this program, please contact your customer.
