Vous pouvez consulter le statut de votre facture en suivant la procédure suivante :
1 - À partir de la page d’accueil du portail, allez à Mes factures
2 - Rechercher le numéro de votre facture
3 - Dans la zone des résultats de recherche, regarder sous « Statut ». Cette colonne vous montrera le statut actuel de votre facture:

En outre, certains clients peuvent partager des détails supplémentaires avec vous si votre facture est en « en cours de traitement ». Passez votre souris sur le statut pour avoir des informations supplémentaires.

Your vendor information is accessible under My Details in the portal.

If you have more than one customer using the Taulia Portal and you need access to two or more accounts with the same login, you can combine your customers to one login.
You can update the email address that you use to access Taulia.
The error "There was a problem recording your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions" may come up when accepting the T&C for the first time.
Use the "Send Message" option to quickly contact your customer through the portal!
