Q. Pourquoi ma facture a été refusée/annulée? (FR-CA): 000003401

Votre client peut donner une raison pour expliquer le statut d’une facture refusée, incomplète ou annulée ou donner une raison pour les autres statuts disponibles. Vous pouvez aussi voir à quel stade d’approbation se trouve votre facture. Pour voir la raison du statut d’une facture :

1 - Survolez le statut avec votre souris pour voir cette boîte de dialogue :
 


 

2 - Consultez la boîte de dialogue pour les étapes suivantes. 

3 - Si vous ne voyez pas de raison, veuillez contacter le département responsable des comptes fournisseurs chez votre client. Si votre client a activé la fonctionnalité de messagerie, sélectionnez le numéro de la facture en question, puis sélectionnez « Envoyer un message ». Cela vous permettra de soumettre directement votre requête concernant la facture au client.
