Your customer/buyer does. Taulia is a platform that electronically delivers POs to suppliers. If you have concerns regarding the details of the PO, contact your customer.
POs are created by your customer/buyer. Report the issue to them. If an update is made, the updated PO is pushed back to Taulia.
We highly recommend using Taulia when invited by your customer to simplify your business transactions.
Your company must be invited by your customer. If you there is an existing account, ask your Taulia account admin to invite you as a user.
Taulia is connected to your customer's accounting system. This allows your customer to deliver PO, invoice, or payment data between their system and Taulia. You can then see this information through your Taulia account.
Yes. We call this "merging". Merging accounts allow you to access all accounts using a one login.

There are 4 common reasons why users are not able to log in:
1 - You are not an enrolled/registered user
2 - The account is locked due to multiple incorrect login attempts
3 - The password has been forgotten
4 - You are logging into the wrong Taulia platform
If you are not an enrolled user, you will need to contact your customer to enroll. If your company already uses Taulia, contact your account admin to add you as a user.
You must reset your password to unlock your account.
1 - From the platform homepage (portal.taulia.com), click Forgotten your password (under the login box).
*Some users in Europe may need to reset their password through eu-portal.taulia.com instead of portal.taulia.com*
2 - Enter your Account Email Address and check the I am human box.
3 - Select Password Reset.
4 - You will see a message confirming that the password reset was initialed.
5 - If you entered the correct e-mail address that is registered in the platform, you will receive an e-mail with a link to update your password. Check your spam box if you are not receiving the email notification.
6 - Please click on the Reset password button.
7 - Enter your new password.
1 - From the platform homepage, click Forgot Password. Make sure that the email address you are using is valid/enrolled to use Taulia. If not, the password reset option will not work and you will not receive the password reset email. Also, make sure that you are resetting your password on the correct platform. The password reset will not work if you are resetting your password on the wrong platform:
2 - Enter your Account Email Address and match the green text.
3 - Select Reset password.
If you entered the correct email address that is registered, you will receive an email with a link to update your password. Check your spam box if you are not receiving the email notification.

Taulia has two customer platforms. The platform you log into depends on which platform the customer account you are trying to access exists in. Password reset requests or your credentials will not work if you are on the wrong platform.
If you are unsure which platform your customer exists in, please try both. If you continue to have issues, contact Taulia Support.
If you have more than one customer using the Taulia Portal and you need access to two or more accounts with the same login, you can combine your customers to one login.
Use the email notification settings feature to manage your email notifications.
You can download an XML, PDF or CSV report of single and multiple payments. This report will also show what invoices are paid under a specific payment remittance.
You can manage your account users in the portal and provide different levels of access.
