Q. How do we change user access to our account?: 000008655

You may run into situations where Taulia user access needs to be managed because:

  • The person that used Taulia for a customer has left your company.

  • You are not an account admin and you don't know is in your company that can manage other users.

  • You need access to a customer account but you are not sure who can provide you access.

  • Your company already have multiple customer accounts on Taulia but different users have access to them, and you would like to simplify access to them by merging the accounts.



Here are steps you can take based on your situation:

The person that used Taulia for a customer has left your company.

  • Find out if there is another account admin in your company that can manage user accounts. Account admins have the ability to manage user accounts which includes inviting or deactivating users. Because user accounts are tied to email addresses, you can only reset a previous user's password if you have access to their email account. 

  • If you don't know who your account admin is, contact Taulia Support.


You are not an account admin and you don't know is in your company that can manage other users.

  • Please contact Taulia Support. Our team will be able to see who has admins rights to your company's account. They can also assign admin rights to a new user if the previous admin left your company.


You need access to a customer account but you are not sure who can provide you access.

  • Your company must be invited by your customer to use Taulia. If your company has not been invited, please contact your customer for an invitation.

  • If you know that your company has been invited, please reach out to the person in your company that has access to the customer account you need. They can invite you as a user as long as they are an account admin. If you do not know who the account admin is, please contact Taulia Support. You can also simplify access to multiple customer accounts by using our merge feature.
     


Your company have multiple customer accounts on Taulia but different users have access to them, and you would like to simplify access by merging the accounts.

  • Account merging allows users to access multiple accounts in Taulia using their current credentials. Merging multiple Taulia accounts allows for centralized access to all customer accounts in Taulia. See Q. How do I merge/combine my Taulia accounts into one? for more information.
