Tauliaのポータルでは、ポータル内の特定のイベントについての通知を行います。新しい注文、新しい支払い、新しいメッセージ、早期支払いのオファーが届いたときに、メール通知を受け取ることができます。

統合アカウントについての通知 - 統合アカウント (1つのメールアドレスを使用して、2社以上の顧客にアクセス) を保有している場合、特定の1社からの通知のみをオフにすることはできません。たとえば、X、Y、Zという3社の顧客にアクセスしており、Xからの通知のみを受け取るのは不可能です。

メール通知の登録または解除を行うには、以下の手順に従ってください。 

1 - ポータルの [ホーム] ページにログオンします

2 - 右上のメニューバーから [設定] > [プロフィール] にアクセスします

3 - [Eメール通知設定] までスクロールします

4 - 以下の項目について [登録] または [解除] を選択します

  • [新しい注文]
  • [早期支払いが利用可能]
  • [新しいメッセージ]
  • [新しい支払い]
  • [早期支払いが承認]
  • [インボイスが拒否]
  • [eSendインボイス承認]
  • [eSendインボイスに関する注意]
  1. ページの一番下までスクロールし、[プロフィールを保存]をクリックします
