Pfizer - Come posso avviare/disattivare il sistema di notifica email?: 000006229

Il portale di Taulia genera notifiche email quando vengono svolte determinate attività all’interno del portale. Puoi ricevere una notifica email quando è disponibile un nuovo ordine d’acquisto, viene effettuato un nuovo pagamento, ricevi un nuovo messaggio o è disponibile un’offerta di pagamento anticipato!

NOTA SUGLI ACCOUNT UNITI - Se disponi di un account unito (accesso a più di un cliente utilizzando lo stesso indirizzo email), non potrai disattivare le notifiche provenienti da uno specifico cliente. Poniamo il caso che tu, per esempio, abbia accesso ai clienti X, Y e Z ma al tempo stesso desideri ricevere notifiche solo dal cliente X: questo non è al momento possibile. 

Per scegliere se abilitare o disattivare le notifiche email, segui le seguenti istruzioni.

1 - Accedi alla pagina Home del portale

2 - Vai su Impostazioni > Profilo sulla barra del menu in alto a destra

3 - Scorri in basso fino ad arrivare su Impostazioni Notifica Email

4 - Scegli Abilitato o Disattivato per le seguenti opzioni:

  • Nuovo ordine d’acquisto
  • Pagamento anticipato disponibile
  • Nuovo messaggio
  • Nuovo pagamento
  • Pagamento anticipato accettato
  • Fattura rifiutata
  • Fattura eSend accettata
  • Avviso relativo a fattura eSend

5 - Scorri fino al fondo della pagina e clicca su "Salva Profilo"
