Sie können einen Bericht zu einzelnen oder mehreren Zahlungen im XML-, PDF- oder CSV-Format herunterladen. Dieser Bericht wird Ihnen auch zeigen, welche Rechnungen mit einer bestimmten Überweisung bezahlt wurden.
Für mehrere Zahlungen:
1 - Loggen Sie sich im Portal ein und gehen Sie auf Meine Zahlungen
2 - Wählen Sie "Liste herunterladen" aus
3 - Es öffnet sich ein Fenster. Wählen Sie aus, auf welche Weise Sie den Bericht erhalten möchten und in welchem Format:
Aktuelle Seite = Erstellt einen Zahlungsbericht mit allen verlinkten Rechnungen für die Seite, auf der Sie sich gerade befinden. Wenn Sie auf Seite 3 gehen und “Aktuelle Seite” auswählen, werden beispielsweise die Zahlungen auf Seite 3 ausgedruckt.
Alle = Erstellt einen Bericht aller verfügbaren Zahlungen. Der Bericht wird abhängig von seiner Größe möglicherweise nicht sofort generiert. Das Portal wird Sie per E-Mail benachrichtigen, sobald der Bericht bereit zur Ansicht ist.
Wir empfehlen, dass Sie Berichte jeweils nur für die aktuelle Seite erstellen
Für eine einzelne Zahlung:
1 - Wählen Sie die gewünschte Zahlungsnummer unter Meine Zahlungen aus
2 - Es öffnet sich nun ein Fenster. Wählen Sie "Herunterladen" > das gewünschte Dateiformat > und wieder "Herunterladen" aus, um die Anfrage abzuschließen.

Use the email notification settings feature to manage your email notifications.
You can download an XML, PDF or CSV report of single and multiple payments. This report will also show what invoices are paid under a specific payment remittance.
Search for your invoice remittance details.

If you have more than one customer using the Taulia Portal and you need access to two or more accounts with the same login, you can combine your customers to one login.
Please note that only account admins have the ability to manage users and change user roles.
