F. Hur laddar jag ner en betalningsrapport? (SV): 000003432

Du kan ladda ner en rapport i XML, PDF eller CSV-format som visar enstaka eller flera betalningar. Denna rapport kommer även att visa vilka fakturor som betalats med en specifik betalningsanvisning.

För en enstaka betalning
 

För flera betalningar:

1 - Logga in till portalen och välj Mina betalningar

2 - Välj "Ladda ner lista"

3 - Ett pop-up-fönster kommer att visas. Ange hur du vill få rapporten och i vilket format:

Aktuell sida = Genererar en rapport som visar betalningar enligt samtliga fakturor som är länkade från den aktuella sida som du befinner dig på. Om du går till sidan 3 och väljer “aktuell sida”, kommer betalningarna på sidan 3 att visas.

Alla = Visar en rapport med alla tillgängliga betalningar som mottagits. Rapporten skapas eventuellt inte omedelbart, beroende på hur stor den är. Portalen kommer att meddela dig via e-post så snart rapporten är färdig att visas.

För enstaka betalning:

1 - Välj önskad betalning enligt nummer under Mina betalningar

2 - Ett pop-up-fönster kommer att visas. Markera "Ladda ner" > markera önskat filformat > markera "Ladda ner" igen för att begära rapporten.
