Canadian suppliers from Quebec are required to have the QST tax identifiers to be registered in the portal.
Invoices from Quebec that are submitted with tax but does have the QST tax ID registered will not be accepted.
The invoice status will be changed to "incomplete" with the error "Must register tax ID QST to submit this tax type".
