只有具有管理员权限的用户可以创建一个新用户：
1 - 登录到门户主页
2 - 前往设置 > 用户管理器 （右上方的菜单栏）
3 - 在创建新用户屏幕，添加新用户电子邮件，名字，姓氏并选择角色 （请参阅本页下方的角色列表）
4 - 点击创建用户
将会向新用户发送一封电子邮件邀请他们加入门户。
注意：如果你需要重新发送邀请、停用用户或者重新激活用户，你可以在操作栏目下通过选择来进行操作：

Use the email notification settings feature to manage your email notifications.
You can download an XML, PDF or CSV report of single and multiple payments. This report will also show what invoices are paid under a specific payment remittance.
