You can check your vendor number by doing the following:
1 - Log into your portal home page.
2 - Select My Details on the top right menu of the home page.
3 - Select Customer Relationship.
From here, you will see your vendor numbers for your customers.

Invoice early payment details can be viewed directly from the invoice details section.

If you have more than one customer using the Taulia Portal and you need access to two or more accounts with the same login, you can combine your customers to one login.
When an invoice is returned with an "Incomplete" status, it means the invoice did not pass some validation rules set by your customer.
