Red Bull - Why haven't I received my payment?: 000003419

Payments by check:

Red Bull gives the USPS 10 days to deliver checks to you. Once the 10 days have passed and you still have not received your check please go to the icon to the right of the payment in question and use the drop-down menu to send a message. Once you send a message to Accounts Payable, a stop payment can be placed on the check and a new one reissued. Please be sure to go to the My Details section to verify we have the correct address on file. While you're there if you go to the Bank Accounts section you can get signed up for EFT/ACH payments and never worry about a lost payment again. All you need is a copy of a voided check to get started.

Payments by ACH:

If you have not received your ACH payment after 3 days of the release of your electronic payment, use the Send Message option from the payment in question to contact Accounts Payable.
