Q. I am not receiving email notifications.: 000003464

If you suddenly stopped receiving email notifications from Taulia,  there are a couple of things you can check to restore the delivery of your email notifications.

  • Please note that Taulia can only send email notifications to registered/enroll users. If needed, your account admin can add you as a user here. Once added as a user, you can start receiving email notifications from Taulia.
     


Please do the following if you are not receiving email notifications from the portal:

1 - From your portal homepage, select Settings > My Email Settings.

2 - If the notification toggle is green, it means the notification is enabled.

3 - Check your email spam box to ensure the emails are not being labeled as spam.

4 - Make sure that you have the following domains whitelisted. This will prevent emails from Taulia from being blocked. Please work with your IT department if needed:


Taulia's domain 'taulia.com'
Your customer's domain. e.g., "XXXXXX.com" (X = customer name)


5 - If you are still not receiving your email notifications, please contact Taulia Support

The Taulia Business Exchange Platform is experiencing an unexpected issue. It has been reported that vendors are unable to upload invoice attachments when submitting their invoices. They receive ''an error has occurred'' error message in our NA1 and EU1 platforms. We have noticed, that the issue occurs in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. If you face the issue, please switch to Internet Explorer and try again.
