Q. I am new to Taulia. What should I do first?: 000008036

Welcome!

As a new user of Taulia, you just opened a world of possibilities that will make it easier for you to transact with your customer! This article will take through a couple of things you should do as a new user.

First, select which category you fall under:

 


New Vendor
1 - If you are the first person to be invited to use Taulia by your customer, you are automatically set up as an account admin. The main benefit of being an admin is ability to add/manage other users in your account.


2 - Now that you have invited users to your account, it's time to manage your own email notifications. See Q. How do I start/stop receiving email notifications?: 000003472. By default, all email notifications are enabled.

3 - Now that you have the basics completed, visit the Custom FAQ section of the portal. It will contain custom videos/FAQs to help you understand how to use the portal specifically for your customer.



New User
1 - As a new user in Taulia, your abilities in the portal depends on the role type your account admin gave you. If the account admin added you with an "admin" role, the main differentiator is the ability to manage other users. Click here to learn about other user roles. 2 - Now that you successfully activated your Taulia account as a new user, it's time to manage your own email notifications. See Q. How do I start/stop receiving email notifications?: 000003472. By default, all email notifications are enabled.

3 - Now that you have the basics completed, visit the Custom FAQ section of the portal. It will contain custom videos/FAQs to understand how to use the portal specifically for your customer.




Now here is the most important part. Please visit the Custom FAQ section of your customer portal. Taulia is tailored to your customer's specifications on how they want their suppliers to use the platform. This page will contain features made available to you by your customer, along with other business related FAQs that your customer wants you to know. The support website (support.taulia.com) is a collection general features that may or may not be available to you.

  • Need Help - If you have questions about using the portal, select "Need Help"

  • Change Client - If you have two or more customers using Taulia, use this option to switch accounts. Each of your customer(s) will have different portal use policies and features. Be sure to visit the Custom FAQ page to understand how to use Taulia specifically for your customer.

  • Settings - Options to manage your user profile, email settings, and manage other users.

  • My Details - Contains your vendor master information (address, bank accounts, tax, certifications, customer information)

  • Custom FAQ - Contains information about your customer and additional FAQs about how your customer is using Taulia.

  • Quick Access Links - Shortcuts to view POs, Invoices, etc.

  • Early Payment Offers - Invoices containing early payment offers.

  • Recent Messages - Message inbox for communications between you and your customer.

  • Latest Purchase Orders - Contains a list of new POs.
