Q. How do I request early payment for my invoice?: 000003463

Note - This feature may not be available in your portal.



You can request to have your invoice paid as soon as it is approved before you submit them for processing if your customer has previously offered early payment to your invoices. If you wish to accelerate the payment of all your approved invoices, enable CashFlow under the Profile section.

Early payment feature availability is dependent on your customer. If your customer does not have an early payment program through Taulia, then the early payment options will not be available to you. The type of user role you have will also affect your rights to the early payment features.



Please do the following to request early payment when submitting an invoice:

1 - Select the Pay Me Early Option box in the invoice creation screen before submit the invoice for processing. This will inform your customer that you want to be paid as soon as the invoice is approved.

2 - Some customers allow their suppliers to request early payment while the invoice is still "in process". If available, select the Early Payment option to send your request for early payment.
