2 - 表示されたメッセージを確認し、次のステップに進みます。 

3 - 理由が表示されない場合は、顧客の支払いチームにお問い合わせください。顧客がメッセージ機能を有効にしている場合は、該当するインボイス番号を選択し、[メッセージを送信] を選択してください。これにより、インボイスに関するお問い合わせを直接顧客に送信することができます。
