Publix - How do I contact Publix?: 000003576

If you have a question about a Payment, Invoice or Purchase Order in the portal, you can contact Publix directly through the portal by using the Send Message option.


1 - From My Invoices, My POs or My Payments, look for the invoice, PO or payment number in question.

2 - Select the invoice, PO or payment number in question then select Send Message.

Enter your message in the message box. Publix can then send replies to you directly through the portal.
