Pode descarregar um relatório em formato XML, PDF ou CSV referente a um só pagamento ou a vários. Tal relatório mostrará também quais as faturas pagas no âmbito de uma remessa de pagamento específica.
Para vários pagamentos:
1 - Inicie sessão no portal e selecione Meus Pagamentos
2 - Selecione "Descarregar Lista”
3 - Surgirá uma janela pop-up. Selecione como pretende receber o relatório e em que formato:
Página Atual = Gera um relatório de remessa com todas as faturas relacionadas com a página atual na qual se encontra. Se for à página 3 e selecionar “página atual” (current page), irá imprimir os pagamentos da página 3.
Todas = Imprime um relatório de todas as remessas de pagamento disponíveis. O relatório poderá não ser gerado imediatamente, dependendo do tamanho do mesmo. O portal irá notificá-lo por correio eletrónico assim que o relatório se encontre disponível para visualização.
Recomendamos que o relatório seja gerado por página atual
Para um só pagamento:
1 - Selecione o número de remessa de pagamento desejado em Meus Pagamentos
2 - Surgirá uma janela pop-up. Selecione "Descarregar" > selecione o formato de ficheiro > selecione "Descarregar" novamente, para finalizar o pedido.
