To change the language that is displayed when you login to the portal, click on the Settings link in the top right hand corner of the screen and choose Profile from the options.  In the Profile screen, select your preferred language from the drop down menu.  This will be the language that is displayed every time you login to the portal.  If you would like to change the language, simply go back to the Profile screen and select another language.
